From Corporate Life to Conscious Living

I am a holistic coach, Reiki Master Teacher, yoga teacher and sound healing guide. But I wasn’t always in this work.

I spent over two decades in the corporate world—as a lawyer and an HR leader at Amazon. I know what it means to perform, to lead, and to carry more than your share.

 

I have also walked the path of healing from trauma, addiction, and the complex experience of living with ADHD.

Now, I combine my lived experience and professional training to create a space where others can return to their own inner wisdom—and live from it.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Yoga Alliance (RYT 200), the UK Reiki Federation, the Reiki Membership Association (International Center for Reiki Training), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)—reflecting my commitment to ethical, heart-led practice and continued professional growth.
